Milk Unit for Consumption
Our milk has no added preservatives or additives. Maintaining an ideal temperature is the key for preserving the milk fresh to be consumed. However, accidently if any wrong bottle is delivered to you then it has to be informed or reported to our customer care department within one hour from the time of delivery. Refund is initiated once we collect the wrong milk bottle.
Order should be placed in advance of 24 hours for expected date of delivery.
Any change in the scheduled delivery will be considered if intimated before 5 PM, one day prior to the next day delivery. Please note, informing the delivery boy is not admissible as formal intimation of order. The customer care department is the only interface for this.
Refusal of delivery without any prior information, as per norms, will not qualify for refund.
If the seal on the bottle is broken at the time of delivery, please inform the customer care department immediately while receiving the delivery. Please note, the customer care department is the only medium to report such issues.
In case of glass bottles, we request you to rinse and return the bottles on every next scheduled delivery
Breakage of bottle will be charged ₹ 100/- (per bottle) same will reflect in the monthly billing.
Payment made in advance for monthly or yearly package will not be refunded.
